Vahideh Kiani Pirooz Ceramic Artist Vahideh Kiani Pirooz explores the expressive possibilities of ceramics through form, texture, and negative space. By integrating ceramic forms with metal mesh, she creates a dialogue between hardness and fragility, cohesion and rupture, while using the void as an active element within both the structure and conceptual language of her work. The apertures, voids, and networks in her works extend beyond purely formal elements, evoking themes of presence, absence, loss, and memory. Through this interplay between material and meaning, she examines the relationship between form, space, and the traces of human existence. With nearly two decades of experience in ceramics and pottery, Kiani Pirooz has participated in numerous group exhibitions and biennials in Iran and internationally.
