aaneh mohammad tatari

Anah Mohammad Tatari is a painter and miniaturist born in 1957 in Gonbad Kavus, Iran. He holds a Master’s degree in Painting from Islamic Azad University. His works present a fusion of Iranian traditions and rituals, particularly Turkmen culture and symbols, with contemporary and postmodern artistic techniques. Tatari began his artistic practice experientially and, after completing his university studies, elevated it to a professional level. In addition to teaching at schools, he has also taught at the university level. He has held over 50 solo and group exhibitions in Iran and internationally, including in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, India, France, Venezuela, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Armenia, and Jordan. His works are preserved in important museums and collections, such as the British Museum in London, Jordan Library Museum, Imam Ali Museum in Tehran, Museum of Contemporary Art Tehran, Art Academy Museum Tehran, and the Swiss Embassy in Tehran.
