Afsaneh Palouei, painter and photographer, was born in 1978 in Tehran. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Painting from Payame Noor University, Tehran. For many years, she has explored art through shapes and colors, using a variety of materials, pushing the boundaries of what is “possible.” Her practice is grounded in the concept of “dialogue”—an endless conversation between the artist and the viewer. She has participated in numerous domestic and international group exhibitions and festivals, and has held four solo exhibitions in collaboration with Atbin and Avansen Galleries.
