Arsia Moghaddam, an Iranian Neo-Expressionist painter, was born in 1972 in Tehran. Although he studied Agricultural Machinery at the University of Tehran, he pursued a career in painting and established a distinct position in contemporary Iranian art through works characterized by vibrant colors, free techniques, and figurative forms influenced by European modernism. Moghaddam has held numerous solo exhibitions, including Shahr Farang (2009, Tarahan-e Azad Gallery, Tehran), Stakism (2013, Tabernacle Gallery, London), Ardeshir and Cinderella (2017, Homa Gallery, Tehran), Parallel World / Anti-Nightmare (2023, Homa Gallery, Tehran), and The Important and Eternal Paper World (2025, Homa Gallery, Tehran). He has also actively participated in domestic and international group exhibitions, such as Magic of Persia (2018, Kamil Gallery, Monaco), Tir Art Art Fair (2019, Tehran), and Collector (2024, Artibition Gallery, Tehran).
