
Bozorgmehr Hosseinpour, a cartoonist and animation director, was born in 1976. He studied painting at Islamic Azad University, Tehran. Since 1990, Hosseinpour has worked as a cartoonist and caricaturist for various publications in Iran, including Gol Agha, Kayhan Caricature, Zan Newspaper, Soroush Nojavan, Roshd Nojavan, Nowruz Newspaper, Aftabgardan Newspaper, Eghbal Newspaper, and Chelcheragh Weekly. Focusing on critiquing the Qajar era, he has created series such as Women of the Qajar Dynasty and The Qajar Harem, which have been exhibited at the Silk Road Gallery in Tehran and Nicolas Flamel Gallery in Paris, receiving significant attention.
