Maryam Hajfarajzadeh is a visual artist born in 1996 in Tehran. She holds a high school diploma in graphic design and a BFA in sculpture from the Faculty of Fine Arts. Over the course of her professional career, she has participated in eight group exhibitions, two editions of the Satin Art Festival, and one edition of the Zero Auction. Since 2024, Hajfarajzadeh has become engaged with immersive and interactive art practices, marking a new phase in her artistic trajectory. Her first fully independent artistic project in this field was realized in collaboration with Artibition Gallery and was developed based on the works of Arman Yaghoubpour. In her practice, she adopts a hybrid, experience-based approach to themes such as the body, identity, memory, and geography. She selects each medium not merely as a tool, but as an intrinsic language aligned with the conceptual logic of each project. Moving along the threshold between traditional art forms and new media, she explores interdisciplinary projects, installation, and interactive art, seeking new modes of experience that focus on space and the body while reconfiguring narratives within multisensory and occasionally surreal environments.
