Sara Asareh (b. 1988, Tehran, Iran) is an Iranian painter and sculptor. She received her B.A. in Graphic Design and her M.A. in Art Research from the Islamic Azad University. In Asareh's practice, stone serves as a material through which human experience is explored. Across painting, drawing, and sculpture, she investigates themes of erosion, resilience, transformation, and silence by examining the relationship between body, material, and time, creating deeply personal narratives through a variety of media. Asareh held her first solo exhibition, Hezaran Tekkeh Sokut, in 2026 as part of the Vitrine Project at O Gallery. Her works have also been presented in numerous group exhibitions at Aran Projects, Artibition Gallery, BASHGAH Gallery, Shirin Gallery, Sales Gallery, and Shamis Gallery.
