
Malahat Mohebkhah (b. 1987, Rasht, Iran) is an Iranian painter. She received her B.A. in Painting from Isfahan University of Art and her M.A. in Painting from the Art University of Tehran. Memory and its relationship to time, place, and human connections constitute the central focus of her artistic practice. These themes are explored through painting, installation, and the use of diverse materials. Mohebkhah presented her first solo exhibitions, Limbo and Tarh, in 2013 at Aria Gallery and Shirin Gallery, Tehran. Since 2012, she has participated in numerous group exhibitions and, in 2015, received the Parviz Maleki Award at the 8th edition of Selected New Generation.
