Nosrat allah moslemiyan

Nosratollah Moslemian, a painter, was born in 1951 in Salmas. He entered the Faculty of Fine Arts in 1971 to study painting. His first solo student exhibition was held in 1977 at the faculty gallery, coinciding with his graduation. Ten years later, he presented his first professional works at Seyhoun Gallery. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with galleries such as Hoor, Mehr, Iranshahr, and Maah-e Mehr, among others. Moslemian has also been an active educator in the Iranian art scene. After the Revolution, he began teaching at the University of Tehran and later joined the Faculty of Fine Arts as a faculty member, but was dismissed during the Cultural Revolution. In 1991, he returned to academia and continued teaching painting at the Faculty of Art and Architecture at Islamic Azad University. His artistic achievements include winning the first prize at the inaugural International Biennial of Islamic Painting in 2000 and being recognized as a distinguished artist at the Beijing Biennale in 2003.
