
Paridokht Moshkzad, a painter and sculptor, was born in 1975 in Tehran, Iran. She received her bachelor’s degree in Painting from Shahed University and her master’s degree in Art Research from the University of Tehran. Moshkzad held her first solo exhibition of painting and sculpture in 2013 at D Gallery in Tehran, and subsequently presented several solo shows in Tehran and Beirut. She participated in the 7th Contemporary Sculpture Biennial of Iran in 2018, and over the past decades her works have been featured in prominent group exhibitions both in Iran and internationally, including at Gallery 26, Atbin Gallery, Ariana Gallery, Saleh Gallery, Shirin Gallery, Mojdeh Gallery, Vali Gallery, and the Powerlong Museum in Shanghai.
