Reza Hedayat

Reza Hedayat, a painter born in 1966 in Qorveh, Iran, was introduced to art, particularly painting, at an early age under the influence of his uncle, Arbabali Shorveh. After graduating from Farhang va Adab High School in Qorveh in 1983, he experienced a brief hiatus in his studies due to working in a bookstore. He began formal studies in painting in 1990 and continued to pursue a master’s degree after completing his undergraduate studies. Simultaneously with teaching at the University of Art and Azad University in Tehran, Hedayat has been teaching at Sooreh Art School since 1991 and has been a faculty member at Sooreh University since 1993. To date, Reza Hedayat has held fourteen solo exhibitions in prominent galleries such as Haft Samer, Shirin, Arya, Negah, Mehrva, Asar, Atelieh Kabood Tabriz, and Birang, and has participated in more than thirty national and international group exhibitions.
