
Shahnaz Zehtab is a painter born in 1959 in Tehran. She holds a Master’s degree in Painting from Islamic Azad University and is one of the founders of the +30 art group. Zehtab collaborated with the Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art for eight years in the fields of research and international relations and has also served as a board member of the Iranian Painters Association. Her works have been exhibited in major events and venues such as the Bangladesh Biennale, the Paris Triennial, the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum, the Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art, and Art Dubai. She has also participated in artist residencies in Europe and the United States and has held numerous exhibitions in Iran and internationally.
