
Taraneh Sadeghian Boroujeni, born in 1956 in Tehran, is an Iranian painter and writer. She began studying painting at the Bezhad School of Fine Arts and continued her education at the Faculty of Decorative Arts. Her teachers included Hani Bal Khas, Girard, Bahman Boroujeni, Ebrahim Jafari, Asghar Mohammadi, and Lilit Teryan. Her solo exhibitions have been held at Afrand Gallery, Elaheh Gallery, Arya Gallery, Designers Free Gallery, Sabalan Gallery, and Vista Gallery. In addition to painting, she has organized and performed performance art pieces such as Shahnameh (2004, Laleh Gallery) and Chenara (Qasr Garden Museum and Afrand Gallery). Her works have been shown in numerous group exhibitions in Iran, Germany، Australia, Kuwait, and Turkey. She also participated in the Fourth and Sixth Tehran Biennials.
