The Empty Domain: Studio, 23-24

Space is an expanse that simultaneously defines physical, psychological, and spatial-temporal dimensions; sometimes it's empty, and sometimes it's full. For me, this expanse is defined through the relationships between form, color, and material. Over the past two years, the studio space has been the subject of a wide range of my works—experiments that have been shaped to better understand the concepts of painting within the context of my surrounding space.
