CC (b. 1969, Tehran, Iran) left his primary education in the fifth grade to work in a clothing manufacturing company. After marriage, he got into the carpet market and was selling his work in the Fridays’ low-end market in Tehran for twenty years. When the market closed off, he worked as an online taxi driver to make ends meet. He has instinctively started woven rug arts since last year. This is his debut exhibition. He currently lives and works in Tehran. (His body of works, according to Outsider Art, falls within self-taught and primitive art).
