About the Artwork
At the heart of these works lies the human being, for all questions begin with his existence. At times, language falters, unable to speak, while the body has already uttered everything. The body is the most beautiful form of dialogue—yet it is the very first thing taken from us in the moment of separation from life. Fragments portrays a human torn apart, searching for identity within the depths of life. Like shattered crystal, each piece has acquired its own independent identity; the whole has dissolved, yet a new form emerges, reflecting both inwardly and outwardly. They appear simple, yet they carry suffering, maturity, mourning, and healing. Man, caught in a central void, is ensnared in the endless struggle for meaning. These works are an invitation to revisit forgotten personal experiences.
